Both, in our mobile app and website portal, any user with an EndlessId (EID) account, can manage and lock any device that should not be used for whatever reason. Any locked device can also be unlocked when you choose to do so. You will also have the ability to remove an EID device from your account and assign it to someone else’s EID account.

Yes. When you are an EndlessID user, you will have an account set up, where you can add as many devices as you’d like. All devices associated with your account will identify you as the same unique person, no matter which one you are using at any time.

In order to create a your medical profile, you will need to go to and add your personal information, including the ID and PIN located on your MyEndlessID.

In order to create a medical profile for your pet(s), you will need to go to and add all the information, including the ID and PIN located on MyEndlessID Pet Tag.

Yes. Access to your information is securely encrypted, guaranteeing you that it is not possible to access your information without your ID and PIN.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.

Refunds will be processed and paid within 2 weeks of EndlessID’s receipt of product; this may vary during busy periods.

Refunds will be made via the original method of payment. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Returned items must be in their original condition & packaging, and accompanied by a copy of your original invoice.

Your unwanted items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We recommend that you retain your proof of postage.

You can return your order using any trackable postal service; you’ll need to cover the postage costs yourself.
